Acknowledgement:

As a member of Neuse River Writers, I am aware that the organization 

electronically records the member meetings. As such, my image and/or voice may be recorded either in photographs, video, or audio media.

If I do NOT wish to be in the final version of the photographs, video, and/or audio that NRW records, I will provide NRW with my picture  and a written one-sentence request to be edited out of the final cut.

NRW will make every attempt to accommodate my request, but I

understand that NRW cannot guarantee that I may be partially seen in the final edited media.
